We will verify your personal detail against our current record. You may
encounter verification failure if you enter information different from our
record.
Please enter your NRIC with prefix(Uppercase) and suffix(Uppercase) e.g.
S1234567X. For foreigners using Passport No./Fin No., please enter with prefix
and suffix.
Please enter your birthdate in dd/mm/yyyy format. If your birthdate is 2 May
1945, please key in as 02/05/1945.
Your Password
Upon successful registration, your password will be mailed to your
correspondence address maintained with us. Please allow 5 working days for your
password to be mailed to you.
