To ensure that your policy information is secure, we have implemented additional security measure to further verify your identity. This requires a unique one-time password (OTP) that you will need to input on screen when prompted. This password will be obtained via a OneKey Security Device.

OneKey is the new personal Security Device that allows policyholders to generate a One-Time Password (OTP) when they next log in into ePortal.
Policyholders can log in to their ePortal account and request for this security device at no charge. This is only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR).

For Non Singapore Citizens and Non-PR, the policyholders can request through the company to apply for the security device and our company will absorb the fee.

The security device will be sent to you, and you will need to activate and link it to your ePortal account. Once your device is linked, you can be assured of secured login with worry-free online transactions.
